What is a ground station ? Why do we need a ground station in GranaSAT ?
A ground station is an interconnection of communications equipment with an antenna or a group of these. They are used to receive and / or send information. So, a ground station may have a bidirectional link or only receive or only send, depending of configuration requirements.
In the case of the satellites is necessary to establish a land link to know the data that it is taking or sending information from the ground to give instructions. GranaSAT needs a ground station to input and process all data and photographs taken our devices, telemetry data and have a control of his trajectory.
